As an Account Manager at Lipscore, what you do actually makes a difference.

In 2022 Lipscore entered into the UK market in a goal to grow its customer base in the ever-expanding UK e-commerce market. In a very short space of time the team have exceeded their initial targets and expectations and are now looking to expand the UK operation.

Current roles available:

1 x Account Manager: 
  • Salary £27,500 – £30,000.
  • UK HQ Location: Orton Southgate, Peterborough, Cambs. Remote/Flexible Working optional.
  • Global HQ Location: Oslo, Norway.
  • Share options.
  • Passport will be needed as trips to Norway and Europe will be expected.

  • The accounts team are responsible for onboarding all Lipscore UK clients, which includes meeting with customers to understand their goals through using the Lipscore platform, bespoke client requirements and to work with our technical agents in completing a successful integration.
  • The role of our account managers is to then work closely with our customers to ensure they are getting maximum use and results from the Lipscore platform and to re-sign the customer at the end of their contract.
  • This individual must have great organisation and people skills.
  • Bonuses will apply for each successful customer renewal along with incentives that will run through out the year.
  • We would like to meet with someone that is confident in onboarding new clients and being accountable for their ongoing success.
  • That are capable of using day to day sales tools such as; CRM, Excel, Outlook, prospecting platforms.
  • Chasing invoices.
  • Whilst technical experience isn’t always required we would ideally like to meet with someone that has experience in software or website management. For example: Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce.
  • The team in the UK have been the backbone to one of the most successful B2B business in Europe and have a vast experience in knowing what’s needed to get to the end goal. Training will be on hand at all times along with positive environment to work in.
