It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints. Note: If you collected product reviews via Brink Commerce’s in-built ratings & reviews module, there are limitations as to data that can be exported. You may need to download ID exporter app and work on merging two data files together to arrive at an importable past product reviews file.
