Step 1. First email from Lipscore onboarding team

• Standard SLA if Lipscore does integration, Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Onboarding meeting where your integration preferences are specified (c. 25 min) 

Step 2. Integration 

Step 3. Testing of integration –  Lipscore onboarding team tests the backend integration, reviewing flow and widgets. 

Step 4. Account setup & training 

• Standard SLA: Account setup and training via Knowledge base articles 

• Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Training session (c. 50 min)

It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints. Note: If you collected product reviews via BigCommerce’s in-built ratings & reviews module, there are limitations as to data that can be exported. You may need to download ID exporter app and work on merging two data files together to arrive at an importable past product reviews file.
