SUMMARY 

Type of integration: Drag and drop module developed by Viskan. 

Who can do the integration: You can complete the integration yourself or ask your Customer Manager at Viskan for help. 

Estimated time for integration: Depending how well you know the editor, 2-5 hours per store view / Depending on your CM’s availability. 

Lipscore onboarding process:   

Step 1. First email from Lipscore onboarding team 

• Standard SLA: Integration instructions in the email 
• Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Onboarding meeting (c. 25 min) 

Step 2. Integration – done by you in your website editor. In case of difficulties, your CM at Viskan will be glad to help you.  

Step 3. Testing of integration – you make a test purchase and set it to the right status to see if an invitation is scheduled. Lipscore onboarding team tests the reviewing flow and widgets. 

Step 4. Account setup & training 

• Standard SLA: Account setup and training via Knowledge base articles 
• Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Training session (c. 50 min) 

Can reviews from previous provider be imported?

If you want to import past reviews collected by Viskan’s inbuilt reviews system, you can order the export of past reviews file from Viskan. If you want to import past reviews collected by a different reviews provider, it is still possible, but a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints.
