Type of integration: App developed by Lipscore. It’s a backend integration which allows to send reviews and questions as tickets in Zendesk. You can reply to these inquiries directly from Zendesk and the data will be also saved in Lipscore.
Who can do the integration: Any person familiar with Zendesk webhooks, part of the setup needs to be completed by Lipscore integrations team.

It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints. Note: If you collected product reviews via Zendesk’s in-built ratings & reviews module, there are limitations as to data that can be exported. You may need to download ID exporter app and work on merging two data files together to arrive at an importable past product reviews file.
