Who can do the integration: We do the backend. From documentation it seems that we should be able to do frontend with SSH access – but this is not tested / we don’t know yet.
Estimated time for integration: Depending how soon we get the access. If we only do backend it should take 1-2 hours. If we do both backend and frontend then 2-5 hours per store view (not sure if that’s possible yet).

It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints. Note: If you collected product reviews via Shopify’s in-built ratings & reviews module, there are limitations as to data that can be exported. You may need to download ID exporter app and work on merging two data files together to arrive at an importable past product reviews file.
