The Klaviyo × Lipscore integration allows you to manage your product review invitations and leverage customer feedback directly inside Klaviyo.

Once enabled, Lipscore automatically sends review‑related events and ratings data to Klaviyo, giving you full control to build branded review request flows, automate follow‑ups, and segment customers based on their review behaviour.

This integration works on top of your existing Lipscore store connection. As soon as Lipscore has access to your order data and is connected to your e-commerce platform, you can activate the Klaviyo integration to begin forwarding events into Klaviyo.

Who can do the integration: Anyone with access to your Lipscore account and permission to build Flows in Klaviyo can complete the setup. Lipscore can also assist with the implementation, please contact our support team for a cost estimate.
 
Estimated time for integration: The time required depends on the complexity of your Invitation Flow, but typically ranges from 2 to 8 hours.
