Users management
Lipscore offers you unlimited number of account users, regardless of the access level.
In the Users section you can:
- Add new users: Add user, fill in the details, check the access level, and Save. The user will get an email from Lipscore.com ([email protected]) with the subject Name Surname invited you to join Lipscore.com and a button to create a password for their user.

Administrators have access to all the sections of the account, can both change settings and manage ratings, reviews and questions.
Moderators can see Ratings section, manage Reviews, and Questions, as well as access Customers section and Customers profiles (e.g. shorten or anonymize their names). They have no access to Invitations page, Settings or Invoicing information. If Support trigger is activated in the account and the Moderator’s email address is set as Support email, they can also Resend review invitations via Support trigger notification sent to their email address. You can also:
- Change users’ access level: Check the Administrator or Moderator box and Save.
- Remove users: check the Remove box and Save.
Note: If you have a master account with sub accounts, please make sure to add the new user to all the relevant accounts, as well as master account – otherwise, they will not see the managed store on the list.
