Unsubscribing from review requests

Lipscore has systems in place to avoid “spamming” your shoppers with emails. However, it may happen that your shopper no longer wants to receive review requests from you anyways. At the bottom of each invitation email there is an Unsubscribe link they can click.

If they do, they will be redirected to a confirmation page that says: “Are you sure you want to unsubscribe [email protected] from feedback request emails sent by CompanyName?”

In this way we make sure your shopper does no think they are unsubscribing from all communication by your company – you can continue sending them newsletters and other promotional materials according to the consents you have collected elsewhere.
