Please follow these steps to set up an email with Lipscore invitation’s elements in Voyado.

1. Create a new automation with the Lipscore trigger:

2. Once the automation is created, you can choose to edit it. Please make sure to limit the emails of recipients to those who are testing only – this will be changed later, but is required for testing purposes:

You can then create a couple of templates for different languages by choosing to add a Value Split:

4. Next, you need to add an activity to send an email:

5. Next, edit the email and make sure that reviewHTML tag is inserted:

The rest of the email can be designed according to your preference in Voyado, but the reviewHTML tag will display the selected elements of the Lipscore invitations’ content (for example: product information, “confirm delivery” button, rating stars, etc.). You will specify which elements the reviewHTML should contain with your Onboarding manager.
