Set up Markets in your Lipscore account
In your Lipscore account, you can assign each web shop URL to a specific market. For example:
- https://emmastonehairstylist.no represents the Norwegian market, identified by the market code NO.
- https://emmastonehairstylist.se represents the Swedish market, identified by the market code SE.
There are two key benefits to assigning specific markets to web shop URLs:
- Data Organization & Filtering – Clearly track where your data originates and efficiently filter invitations, ratings, reviews, and customer inquiries by market within the backend system.
- Google Merchant Feed Customization – Configure your XML feed (for ratings and reviews in Google Shopping) to generate either separate Google Merchant feeds per market or a unified feed including all markets.
How to set up Markets
To activate Markets, please reach out to your CSM or to our support. When this is activated, go to your Lipscore account: Menu > Settings > General > Markets settings.
Start by clicking Add market.

In Market code, you will get the option to choose between a predefined market code, such as NO, SE etc. or the option for using a custom code, meaning that you can create a market code yourself. This can be used if the market is more than just a country, You could f.ex. create a custom market for a region such as EUROPE or even GLOBAL.

Filter on Markets in your Lipscore account
After the setup is done, your invitations, ratings, reviews and questions will be assigned a market based of the URL. You can filter your results in all of these sections.

Setup Google XML feed separated by Markets
The XML Feed you need to add your ratings and reviews to Google Shopping, will by default be setup as one file. If you need to separate your XML Feed by markets, please follow the instructions for markets in this article: Getting your XML Feed for your Google Shopping ads.
