Reviews order: chronological or value-based
In your Lipscore account: Widgets > Global Settings > Review settings > Enable reviews sorting score
By default, the product reviews displayed in your reviews list are sorted by our algorithm. The goal of the sorting is showing the most valuable reviews on the top of the reviews lists. Reviews value score is based on:
- Review lenght (number of characters)
- Date of review (reviews have to be as fresh as possible)
- Media content (pictures or videos accompanying a review)
- Number of likes (‘thumbs up’ clicks that other users give a review)
If you would like the reviews to show up in a traditional chrolonogical order, change this setting to “No” and confirm with the blue tick.
Service reviews are always displayed in chronological order.
