Asking customers for service reviews instead of product reviews

In your Lipscore account: Settings > General > Force service invitations

You may be selling products that are either purchased frequently or do not require feedback (everyday hygiene products, basic office accessories, minor electronic accessories). However, you do not want to miss out on your customers’ feedback about their shopping experience with you. In such cases, you can use this setting to make sure purchases containing these products will be assigned a service review invitation, instead of a product review invitation. In order to do so use:

Product URLs 

  • to force service review invitations on specific products: Separate URLs with Space, a comma(,) or Enter.
  • to force service review invitations on all products belonging to a specific category URL: Use * for wildcards, multiple wildcards are allowed.* (any product in the specific category),* (any product in the store),

Product categories

  • Insert category names, separate them with a comma (,) or Enter. Please make sure that you are using the same category names as used in the Lipscore integration. Otherwise the blocking function will not work.

Note: If information about categories is not sent to Lipscore via the integration, this functionality will not work.
