In your Lipscore account: Settings > General > System settings > Export ratings and review

This is where you can export a semicolon-separated file with all your ratings and reviews in UTF file format.

To export the reviews:

1. Choose the time frame
2. Hit the Export button
3. The more reviews you are exporting, the longer the export will take. You can:

• wait for an email notification and download the file directly from the email
• refresh the page some time later and download the file if it is ready in your Lipscore account

You are the owner of all ratings and reviews collected via Lipscore platform.

This means that you have the right to download them and use them – as long as the use is in compliance with the consent your shoppers gave you.
