Choosing reviews for testimonial widgets
In your Lipscore account: Widgets > Global Settings> Review settings > Mark all 5 star reviews as testimonials
Testimonials are reviews that appear in our the so called testimonial widgets or banners. By default, our system marks all 5-star reviews as testimonials. On the reviews list you can check testimonial boxes next to other reviews, as well as uncheck the box of those 5-star reviews you do not want visible in these widgets. If you do not want all 5-star reviews to automatically be marked as testimonials, change this setting to “No” and confirm with the blue tick.
Currently, there are three widgets where testimonials can be displayed:
- Service reviews testimonial banner
- Service review testimonial widget
- Product review testimonial widget
