Analytics – Standard dashboard
If you have not gotten familiar with basic information about Analytics, relevant to all dashboards, please visit THIS ARTICLE before proceeding to the details of the Standard dashboard.
In this article we will focus on the Standard dashboard – on how to navigate it and how to understand the presented parameters.
Basic results: Created ratings, created reviews, sent invitations, response rate.

The top row shows all-time results – since you went live with Lipscore until today. The charts below show the same result but based on the time span specified in the top-left dropdown.

Ratings and Reviews created are self explanatory. When it comes to Invitations sent, what’s worth mentioning is that if you are using the invitations template that includes the 1st invitation and the reminder invitation, it is still counted as one.
The Response rate is the number of ratings received in the period divided by the number of invitations sent in this period.
Understanding conversion rates
Conversion rates are calculated as follows: The number of product page views divided by the number of sold products in the time period, grouped by how many ratings each product has. The results you see in Lipscore Analytics may differ from what you see in other analytical tools. The reason is that Lipscore receives information about page views immediately – as long as the lipscore-rating widget is implemented on the product page – while we may receive information about the actual purchase much later. Why? Data is sent to Lipscore upon a specific order status, which triggers the data transfer. In most integrations, this status is somewhere around when order is paid, shipped or delivered to the shopper – not when the order is placed on the website.
Note: Lipscore gets page view data via the lipscore-rating widget. If this widget is not implemented on the website, and custom widgets are used instead, the conversion results will not be available in the Dashboard.

The results are grouped by how many ratings a product has on your website. The numbers marked green mean how many more products are sold when a product has 1-9 or 10+ ratings compared to when it has none.

Overall conversion rate presents average conversion rates overtime for all products, regardless of the number of ratings – it is just a simplified overview.

Top 100 and Bottom 100, Most rated and Most reviewed products results are based on products that had at least 1 view within the last 60 days and collected at least 5 ratings all-time.
