Analytics – Location Heatmap

In this article we will focus on the Location Heatmap dashboard – on how to navigate it and how to understand the presented parameters.
Location Heatmap dashboard is meant for companies selling in brick-and-mortar stores in multiple locations.
The heatmap presents average rating scores for the locations (stores, which are indicated in the data sent to Lipscore by source_id and source_name. Source = store). It shows average rating that the location scored each month of the period selected in the top left corner, and the total for the period at the end of each row.
Colors indicate whether the rating score is positive (green – the darker the better, red – the darker the worse). Clicking on each of the boxes – scores will take you to the list of reviews on this specific location, collected in the specific month.

To see other charts in this dashboard, you may hit the Customize button, scroll below the Heatmap chart and click the + button where you would like to add a new chart – and select it from the list.
