Lipscore Ratings and Reviews for Shopify
Type of integration: Integration done via Zapier + manual implementation of widgets.
Who can do the integration: Lipscore developer. Your developer / development agency can also do the integration, however, please bear in mind the additional cost of Premium Zapier account that is required for the integration.
Estimated time for integration: 1-3 working days from the moment access is granted and integration preferences are specified to the developer.
Lipscore onboarding process:
Step 1. First email from Lipscore onboarding team
- Standard SLA: Integration instructions in the email.
- Standard SLA if Lipscore does integration, Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Onboarding meeting where your integration preferences are specified (c. 25 min)
Step 2. Integration
Step 3. Testing of integration – Lipscore onboarding team tests the backend integration, reviewing flow and widgets.
Step 4. Account setup & training

Can reviews from previous provider be imported?
It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints. Note: If you collected product reviews via Shopify’s in-built ratings & reviews module, there are limitations as to data that can be exported. You may need to download ID exporter app and work on merging two data files together to arrive at an importable past product reviews file.
