Lipscore Ratings and Reviews for QuickButik

SUMMARY 

Type of integration: Module developed by QuickButik & Lipscore.

Who can do the integration:  

• Complete integration done by Lipscore (full admin access required). 
• Widgets and backend integration activated by you / your developer in your QuickButik account and approved by Lipscore inside our system. 

Estimated time for integration:  

• 2-5 hours if integration is done by Lipscore. 

Estimated cost for integration: 1390 nok per hour if Lipscore does the integration. No extra charges for QuickButik.

Lipscore onboarding process:   

Step 1. Email with onboarding and integration instructions sent from the Lipscore onboarding team 

Step 2. Integration 

Step 3. Testing of integration – once completed, you make a test purchase to see if an invitation is correctly scheduled in the Lipscore account while Lipscore onboarding team tests the reviewing process and widgets. 

Step 4. Account setup & training: You complete account setup and training with help of Knowledge base articles.

Can reviews from previous provider be imported?

It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints. Note: It is currently not possible to export reviews collected via QuickButik’s in-built ratings & reviews module.
