Lipscore Ratings and Reviews for Mystore

SUMMARY 

Type of integration: App for backend integration developed by Lipscore and widgets module developed by Mystore. 

Who can do the integration: Lipscore (backend) after we receive an API authentication token from you & Mystore (frontend) after they receive your request for integration at kundeservice@mystore.no 

Estimated time for integration: Up to 5 working days from the moment preferences are specified. 

Lipscore onboarding process:   

Step 1. First email from Lipscore onboarding team 

• Standard SLA: Integration instructions in the email.
• Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Invitation to onboarding meeting (c. 25 min). 

Step 2. Integration – Lipscore activates the backend connection and Mystore activates the widgets. 

Step 3. Testing of integration – you make a test purchase and set it to the right status to see if an invitation is scheduled in the Lipscore account while Lipscore onboarding team tests the reviewing flow and widgets. 

Step 4. Account setup & training 

• Standard SLA: Account setup and training via Knowledge base articles. 
• Premium and Premium Plus SLA: Training session (c. 50 min). 

Can reviews from previous provider be imported?

It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation for the required datapoints.
