Voyado x Lipscore implementation guide
Voyado integrates Lipscore within your physical stores. It smoothly connects your POS system with the Lipscore backend in order to create and send review invitations to shoppers who purchased products in your physical stores. Here are the steps to complete the integration:
1. Request details from Voyado and internally
Reach out to your account manager at Voyado and request the following details:
- Api key
- Deltashare endpoint and bearer token
- Deltashare access to schema engage_data or engage_purchases and underlying tables: receiptslatest, receiptitemslatest, contactslatest, articlelatest, storelatest.
Prepare internally:
- Screenshot of external store ID’s from Voyado
- Product feeds live URLS for all markets (see sample here)
- Make sure that some id in the product feed matches SKU values in Voyado
- Specify if you want to collect reviews on group/variant level. For shared reviews across all variants of your products we need to have a group id available in the feed or in Voyado.
- If you wish to send invitation emails through Voyado please prepare:
– Lipscore Trigger
– Setting up Lipscore emails inside of Voyado
– Physical store email invitations (only if you have physical stores)
– Handling returns in the automation - If you’re planning to use Custom Interactions in Voyado and segmentation:
– Custom Interactions with Lipscore
2. Send these details to Lipscore
Send the details to your Onboarding Manager. Integrations team will create a backend integration for your Voyado stores to receive orders data to Lipscore and schedule/ create invitations. Additionally, Integrations team can assist you with setting up the automation and custom interactions if needed.
3. Testing the integration
Testing of emails is done through direct API queries by integrations team. We can test the design of Lipscore elements inside of Voyado emails (like product name, image, stars). The rest of the design can be simply completed in Voyado, your Lipscore Portfolio Manager can assist you with the best practices for email design you can also read about it here.
Full review flow testing is possible once your developers complete the frontend integration, for that you need to create some test purchases inside your e-com platform and send them to Voyado.
IMPORTANT:
Invitations that entered the automation in Voyado during testing can’t be adjusted or cancelled. Since they are test invitations – the whole automation flow should be cancelled, and re-enabled back for new invitations to schedule once the setup is complete.

4. Implementation completed
When the implementation is completed, invitations will be created inside your Lipscore account whenever a purchase is completed.
Please note that you can add various conditions in the automation system in Voyado, including time delays, A/B testing, selecting only customers from region X, customers with income higher than X, only orders with values of X, etc. You can also change the invitations flow and content.
Custom automation process overview
Once the integration is completed here is what happens:
- A shopper purchases a product.
- After 24-48 hours the integration collects the data and creates an invitation in Lipscore. The data is simultaneously sent to Voyado and an automation is triggered.
- The automation waits 14 days and then sends an invitation to review the product / service / store.
- The shopper clicks the email, is redirected to the webshop’s storefront or Lipscore-hosted landing page.
- The shopper leaves a rating and a review.
- The review data is sent to Voyado and the automation is triggered.
- The automation sends a thank you email and SMS to the customer.
