Setting up Lipscore email inside of Voyado

  1. Please create a new automation with the Lipscore trigger:

2. Once the automation is created, you can choose to edit it. IMPORTANT: in “Other criteria” please limit the emails only to your email addresses (you, your developer, Lipscore onboarding or intergation manager).This will be changed later, but it’s required for testing purpose so that nothing gets sent to your shoppers prematurily.

3. Next, create a couple of templates for different types of sendouts:

5. Then, add an action to send an email:

6. Choose to edit the email and make sure that reviewHTML tag is inserted:

The rest of the email can be designed according to your preference in Voyado, but the reviewHTML tag will fetch the content of Lipscore data (product name, clickable stars or button, picture image) from the Lipscore invitation). You will receive the tag from your onboarding manager after the onboarding meeting.

Best practice tips and guidelines for creating and branding invitations to leave ratings and reviews:

  1.  Keep It Simple: Avoid overwhelming the recipient with too much information. A concise, easy-to-read message increases the chances of engagement.

  2.  Brand Consistency: Use your brand colors, fonts, and logo to maintain a professional, cohesive look that reinforces brand recognition.

  3.  Call to Action: Ensure the “Leave a Review” button is highly visible, prominent, and easy to click.

  4.  Timing: Send the invitation shortly after the customer receives their product to capture their experience while it’s fresh.

  5.  Mobile-Friendly Design: Optimize the design for mobile devices, ensuring the text is readable and the buttons are easy to tap.

  6.  Personalization: Address the customer by name to make the invitation feel more personal, improving response rates.

  7.  Highlight Importance: Communicate why their feedback matters, emphasizing that it helps improve products and services.
