If you would like to setup separate Lipscore email invitation templates in Voyado for your physical stores, please follow below steps.

You can edit the Lipscore Trigger automation to add a new value split:

Choose between two values: Source ID or Source name.

Source ID is the external store ID of your Voyado stores. Source name is being assigned during integration by Lipscore, the usual format is “Your base store name – your Voyado store name”, please confirm the possible values with your onboarding manager.
