Lipscore x Shopware integration guide
The module for Lipscore x Shopware integration connects the backend systems of these two platforms, allowing the transfer of order data from Shopware to Lipscore in order to create and send review invitations to shoppers who purchased products in your stores.
Implementation
Step 1. Access details
Here is what we will need to complete the backend intgeration for you.
- Create a Role for Lipscore user:
Go to: Admin panel > Settings > System > Integrations > Users & permisions > Create role
Add Name: Lipscore
Add View permissions to sections:
– Catalogues,
– Content,
– Customers,
– Orders,
– Other,
– Settings - Add Lipscore integration:
Go to: Admin panel > Settings > System > Integrations > Add integration
Add Name: Lipscore
Administrator: false
Roles: Lipscore - Copy & share access key and secret key with your onboarding manager.
Step 2. Send these details to Lipscore
Send the access key and secret key from the instruction above to your Onboarding manager. They will inform you about the timeline for the integration and keep you posted about its progress. When the implementation is completed, invitations will be created inside your Lipscore accounts whenever a purchase reaches status that triggers data transfer (Order status DONE in Shopware).
Step 3. Order frontend integration with your frontend developer / agency
Backend integration allows for creation of invitations but in order for the shoppers to be able to leave their reviews and for their reviews to be displayed on your website, the initializer script and widgets need to be implemented in the website frontend. Your onboarding manager will present the widgets available in our offer, but to get an idea, you are welcome to take a look at these articles and into our Widgets Library.
