To create a new workflow, find Flow in your apps in Shopify admin panel:

You can setup several interactions in Shopify that are based on Lipscore Review received event.
In Shopify Flow, choose to create a new workflow and trigger Lipscore Reviews:

Lipscore x Mailchimp integration

With Shopify Flow integration it is possible to trigger email campaigns in Mailchimp to customers that left a review in Lipscore.

You can choose to trigger a Mailchimp action in Shopify Flow that is based on Lipscore Product Review Received event:

If you would like to trigger an email campaign, choose the “Add an event” option and add a new event.

After the event is created you can create an Event Based Customer Journey in Mailchimp.

Lipscore x Klaviyo integration

If you’re using Lipscore and Klaviyo, you can create email campaigns using Shopify Flow.

Choose to trigger an action in Shopify Flow:
