Lipscore x Klaviyo – Introduction
The Klaviyo × Lipscore integration allows you to manage your product review invitations and leverage customer feedback directly inside Klaviyo. Once enabled, Lipscore automatically sends review‑related events and ratings data to Klaviyo, giving you full control to build branded review request flows, automate follow‑ups, and segment customers based on their review behaviour.
This integration works on top of your existing Lipscore store connection. As soon as Lipscore has access to your order data and is connected to your e-commerce platform, you can activate the Klaviyo integration to begin forwarding events into Klaviyo.

Build Communication Flows Based on Lipscore Events
Klaviyo can trigger email flows using events sent from Lipscore. This means you can:
- Use your existing brand templates
- Build review invitations inside Klaviyo. Lipscore will send “invitation” events to Klaviyo that you can use as triggers in your flows.
- Fully customize timing and conditions of invitations
- Create multi‑step review request flows (e.g., reminders)
- Use Rating events as triggers to build further email communication flows after a customer has left a rating and review.

Build Customer Segments Based on Review Activity
You can use Lipscore‑generated properties to create dynamic Klaviyo segments. These segments help you target customers based on:
- Rating and review submission behaviour
- What product or brand they reviewed
- Whether they submitted a review
- Rating scores and metadata
This gives you powerful targeting options for:
- Loyalty and VIP campaigns
- Win‑back journeys
- Post-review upsell campaigns
- Identifying satisfied customers for referral programs

The following properties can be used to build Klaviyo Flows and Customer Segments:
