Setting up the integration

Before you start, make sure Lipscore is already connected to your store and receiving order data.

To access the integration settings, go to your Lipscore Account and navigate to Integrations → Klaviyo at the bottom of the left-side panel. You will be redirected to a separate app where you can connect your Klaviyo account with Lipscore. Once you grant Lipscore access to your Klaviyo account, you will be able to manage the integration settings.

Please note that only member site administrator can access the integration settings.

Connect to Klaviyo and allow the required access:

When you reach this page, your Lipscore account is connected to your Klaviyo account, and the next step is to enable events sent to Klaviyo:

To enable sending invitations via Klaviyo, turn on “Send Lipscore Invitation events to Klaviyo” in the integration settings.

To send product and service ratings and reviews from Lipscore to Klaviyo, enable the “Send Lipscore Rating events to Klaviyo” option.
