Handling returns in Lipscore x Voyado automation
If you are processing returned orders in Voyado, you can decide on handling Lipscore review invitations for these orders.
There is a couple of ways you can handle Lipscore invitations for returned orders:
- Send a usual product or service review invitation – you can possibly find out why the shopper decided to return the product or how they found your service.
- Cancel product invitations, but leave the service review invitations to be sent out for returned orders
- Trigger a different action in Voyado for returned orders – you can choose to trigger a different activity available in Voyado.
- Cancel the flow – you can choose not to trigger any activity for returned orders.
Adding a returns trigger:
Edit the automation and add a trigger for New return as first step (waiting time should match your returns timeframe e.g. if you allow for shoppers to return products within 30 days, then waiting time should also be 30 days):

Cancel only product invitations and leave service review invitations for returned orders:
If there is a return, add a value split with type of sendout – then exit workflow for product review invitations and send only service review invites:
