Custom Interaction setup based on ratings/reviews received
Should you like to setup interactions in Voyado, that are triggered by ratings or reviews received, a new Specific Interaction needs to be created.
Specific interacitions can be, for instance: sending another email template once the customer left rating/review, etc.
- Go to New automation and create New specific interaction

2. Once a new specific interaction is created, edit it and make sure that it starts with a completed product rating interaction:
